First in my 1975 metro phone book which covers most cities and towns in Maricopa County there are several listings of interest to you. On page 737, left column is: "Opal Sigmund A. 6041 E Adobe Rd Mesa 985-4032". This appears to be one of your research subjects for reasons more obvious than this phone book listing which will be discussed herein. On page 185, left column is" "Chandler Cramer B. 11433 Lakeshore Dr W Youngstown 933-4862". This also appears to be one of your research subjects as will be discussed herein. Regarding Sigmund A. OPAL his death certificate can be found on the web at the Maricopa County Recorders office documents on-line. The certificate can be printed for your records. The date of death matches your posting, as does his city of residence and his mother's information. His father is shown as Peter T. OPALEWSKI. Perhaps the "T" stands for "Theodore". His wifes name is Angeline Kozera OPAL. His doctor, hospital at death, funeral home and crematory are all listed. He died at 90 years of age and lived in Maricopa for 26 years (arriving 1969 era). His residence address matched the phone book address given some 20 years earlier in 1975. His medical records may still be available if his doctor is still living. Also at the Recorders office are two documents recorded following the death of Cramer B. CHANDLER sometime before July 12, 1982. The two documents are not viewable, however, you can purchase copies from the Recorders office. The documents which are Superior Court filings also mention one William R. CHANDLER and Norma T. FARMER. It would appear at least one of them is a relative of Cramer B. I hope you have fun viewing these documents. Good Luck and Happy Hunting!! Glen F. Pritchett, USGENWEB volunteer
