I don't know what I was thinking when I posted the dates, I re-read the obit from the paper and it said Charlie came from Wickenburg in 1920, so for 13 years prior, 1907-to 1920 he was Mayor in that time frame. he then moved to needles Ca and was also mayor there until his death in 1928. Sorry for the goof, I am seeing too many numbers lately.
