    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: HAMILTON, TAYLOR, TIPTON, HALE, COOPER Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/xU.2ADE/451 Message Board Post: Rena Hamilton died at the Country Club Nursing Home 5 Aug 1974 in Mesa. She was a Taylor/Hale Family Researcher and was in possession of the above mentioned Bible. She had no children. She is buried at Green Acres Mortuary, Scottsdale. Surviving was husband Lewis K (he died 1984) and a cousin Elmer Cooper. I know that she would have left her research and the Bible... her quote "my grandmother's most prized possession" for safe keeping. I called the church in her obit. They had no record of the Bible. Where can I check for the records and Bible she left. Also, where can I get copies of her will/probate records. Would also like the obit of her husband = stone says 1984 no other date. Thanks for any help. Gerene a distant relative and a Taylor/Hale researcher

    1. [Maricopa] The 1600s Ancestors Data Base Update
    2. First Families
    3. Hello Everyone: I have recently added over 2,200 Ancestors to the 1600s Ancestor Data Base with more to come. The total is now over 24,500 and most all are proven Ancestors of descendants living today. I have also added several National Societies who have proven many of these Ancestors. Also for the first time a few respected Reference works that contain thousands of sources. This should be a big help for those of you trying to prove your lines. You will find the 1600s Ancestor Data Base at our new location URL. http://www.firstfamilies.org/db/ This is a free data base open to anyone who is interested in the 1600s and the many ancestors who were here at that time. While there be sure to read the INFORMATION & HELP page so you understand the codes that I have used and how to best use them. Happy hunting and most of all enjoy. Ryan Jackson Data Base Manager

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/xU.2ADE/384.1.1.1.2.1 Message Board Post: Hi Lisa - Thanks for your posting. I don't know if you found the "root" message or not ("A Kentuckian needs your help", authored by Marqueta Litsey Dejarnette) but I am only a volunteer helping those at the Maricopa board that have a query. The line you and Marqueta are researching is not my line therefore I can be of no further help beyond that already provided. I would suggest you send Marqueta a email or do another posting under the heading of her original message dated June 19, 2002 as I'm sure she'll enjoy hearing about your family records and how they reconcile with hers particularly as it relates to where Teresa SAPP is thought to be buried. Good luck. Glen F. Pritchett, USGENWEB volunteer

I have posted elsewhere about Teresa "Treacy" Sapp (my grandma always affectionately referred to her as "Tressa"). Ostensibly, she died in Mott, North Dakota -- but I have yet to prove this. FYI: I have a photo of Treacy Sapp from the 1890's sitting in front of the "Sadler Homestead" in Grayson County, KY. Email me if you're interested in a copy? It's the only picture I have of her -- do YOU have pictures of her? Let's connect on all this.
