Author: sandijberger Surnames: Peden Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.britisles.scotland.ayr.general/4568.1.5/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I attended Whitehill Senior Secondary in Glasgow with a Evelyn Peden who at that time lived in Baillieston-she and her family had returned from Australia-think she may have been born there-last I heard she attended Hamilton Teaching College-perhaps 1970.I have tried to track her parents in Baillieston and did talk with a "Peden" but he said he was not aware of this particular family.Possible she may have gone to England.Her father I believe was a plumber with his own business and mother was a tailor/seamstress.
