I have a marriage record from Dalry stating that Joxer: Margaret O'Neil married James Howard (my ancestor) on 4 June 1850. Further Margaret's death record in 1885 in Dalry states that she was married to James Howard and that her parents were James and Elizabeth O'Neil. These records are available on Scotland's People. Also on Ancestry.com, there is a link to FindAGrave.com for Margaret Curlett in Downpatrick, county Down, for 14 Feb. 1924. Hope some of this helps you find your ancestor.
