Mary McKee; Mary Taggarts mother is estimated to be born in Ireland 1831. Her father William McKee married Angnes Cousins. These names are on Mary McKee death record. I will attach Mary Taggarts wedding record 1881 and Mary's birth record 1864. Note: spelling changes in names over the years possibily because of heavy Irish accents and registars taking what they thought they heard while transcriping the details at the time of registering events such a BMDs.
