It appears the Galston OPRs are missing for this period and was wondering if it can be backed up. If Andrew was born in Galston, then the amount of land he and his family farmed around Dalrymple would suggest that he was well connected. Naming traditions suggest his fathers name may have been john and mother Janet, Catherines father as Quintine and mother Agnes ???
