Hi Peter, I would love to have whatever information you have on these Irvine Boyds as they might be related to my distant Bruce Shields of Vermont and thus to me. William Boyd, 9th Lord is our 1st great grand uncle of husband of 4th great grand aunt who would be William Holburn b. 19 Sept. 1763 Titwood, Kilmaurs who died 21 Dec. 1835 Stewarton. Since I am not yet well-versed with these Boyds I have no idea if what I have in my tree is correct, so any information that is well sourced would be greatly appreciated.
