I had a Grandfather named James Holland which my Grandmother told me was a Family name, as he died a long time before I was born I can't really say for sure where he is from but I do know from genetic tracing placed my Holland line to the UK, specifically Northern Ireland and Scotland. He and my Grandmother lived in Balcombe in Sussex and Immigrated to New Zealand in the 50's but I know that my grandfather had brothers all over the UK and Ireland.
