I have a big family of Morrisons who were born in Muirkirk between 1778 and 1798 and the last in New Cumnock 1801. James Thomas Anne Katherine Margaret Janet John Young Shaw Ronald (my gg-grandfather) DAVID, born 1801 New Cumnock. His family included a son, also David, born about 1841. I have quite a lot on some of these but not much on the older ones whose families could well link in with the people you mention. I am interested in the Ayrshire Morrison deaths you have Nyle - especially if any could be this family. What, if any, details would you like me to send?
