Glasgow University Archives holds the NHS Greater Glasgow archives - see: http://www.archives.gla.ac.uk/gghb I know Dundee University Archives and Edinburgh University special collections also hold similar material. A useful tool for searching the archives collectively is Archives Hub at http://www.archiveshub.ac.uk/index.html I find the subject finder worth browsing (although be sure to explore every avenue - Glasgow health records are under hospitals but not under hospitals Scotland). For a list of all the archives held in Scotland see ARCHON at http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/archon/searches/locresult.asp?lctry=Scotland It is always possible some Scottish material is held outwith Scotland; for example some medical material relating to the Scottish Women's Hospital is held by the Women's Library at LMU in London. Best wishes, Kay Edinburgh Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
