When you log on to the site, there is you will see a mention at the bottom of the page Contact Us, press that it then takes you to another page, which says Continue here to fill out the contact us form, that in turn takes you to another page where a email box appears for you to fill in what you put in the email is Illegible Image, also the Gross Data, from Roberts, death certificate, you get that from the index of his death. Also tell them in a nice tone that you cannot read the Certificate. Then press button to send to them. They will send you a notification that they received your email, and if they are not to busy you should receive a email within two days containing a attachment of a improved image.
