Or perhaps the Couless is Candlish. Thomas arrived in Boston 6/26/1844 on ship "Leader". His wife Mary "Vassey" Cuthbertson must have come later - perhaps Aug. I am looking for more information on Hugh & Mary Cuthbertson including siblings to Thomas and also information as to when Mary "Vassey" Cuthbertson may have arrived.
