Hi, Having found this family in 1881 ( by sks who looked up the census) I wondered if anyone might be researching this family. I have William born Ireland married Annie Campbell b Sorn Ayrshire. William was 22 yrs older than Annie. They married 1870 at Sorn.Their children were Campbell born 1872, Hugh b 1873 and Janet b abt 1878. They lived at Bunkhead Muirkirk in 1881. He was a Labourer at the coal pit. I haven't been able to find any marriages on IGI . In a letter dated 1871 they were living at Auldhouseburn which became Bunkhead when? I have no other information. I do hope some one is researching this family Cheers Chris
