The only information I have is for a David Howie who was born in England about 1899. There could be a chance he was born in Scotland as well. I believe his father was John Howie. Davie lived in Glasgow Scotland in the 1920's If I have the correct David Howie he was a clerk at lived at Myrtle Cottage - Gartocher Road Springboig Glasgow. This was taken from a passenger list. He married a Violet Stewart MacDonald (father John Macdonald). I believe David has a brother named James B. Howie who was a oil refinery manager and lived in Ayr, Ayrshire Scotland. Violet may have had a brother Colin MacDonald who was a sales manager is Duneee Scotland. Violet was born in Westport Ireland in 1901. David and Violet left Scotland and lived in Everett Massachusetts. They had a son James Colin Howie born on 10-6-1927. I am not sure when David and Violet left the USA nor when David died. I know Violet died in 1972 in Readin! g England. Her last known address was 8 Alexandria Road, Reading Berkshire England.
