Hi Ken I had reason to contact the East Ayrshire Council a few weeks ago regarding a grave of my gg grandparents Robert Mackie and Agnes Dickie in the St Andrews churchyard Kilmarnock, which now has flats that were developed in the old church buildings, not sure I would want to live there. The man who replied was very helpful and gave me the e mail of the Bereavement Services so perhaps you could try them.
