I have Jacobina as the sister of Jean Riggs (b1753-d1838)and daughter of John Riggs and Sara McTire. And I also have her as marrying William Hazle on 18 March 1789. (I will check my sources about the day. It could be a typo.) The big difference I have is my records show her as being born in Dailly in 1764, not Carsfairn 1757. I am sure we are talking about the same Jacobina but I will have to do a lot of checking; it's quite a while since I worked on that line. Somewhere there is a pair of wires crossed.
