I can find them all on the 1841 Census, all in Ayr or Prestwick, but cannot get the OPR records for some reason, tried Scotlands People and index in Mitchell Library and even ploughed through the Microfilm, nothing. 7 children Anny 1826, Elizabeth 1835, James 1828, Marion 1830, Mary 1824, Peter 1835, William 1841. Peter is my line. I have the 1851 Census for Marion, Peter & Elizabeth and all the rest for Peter. Can anyone help as to why there births are not recorded or is there something i am missing.
