    1. [AYR] BEITH and WILLOWYARD
    2. Could SKS please suggest where someone who died 1834 and another who died 1845 at Willowyard, BEITH might be buried. We have done the records to shreds but the death/burial records for that period are non-existent.... or we are looking in the wrong place. We imagine they were buried in Beith somewhere.... or out on the farm at Willowyard!! But the record of the deaths would come under Beith.... which appear to be suffering from severe silverfish attack. Any help would be much appreciated. Nyle James

    3. Nyle In which direction from Beith is Willowyard? And what religion was the family in 1834 and 1845? There are several other towns nearby that that they could have been buried in? I have a Robert Boyd who came from Oldhall - between Beith and Dunlop - and died in 1766 but is buried in Irvine. So they did not always get buried in the nearby town or church.
