Hi, I have an Ann McKAY who married James AITKEN in 1827 in Midlothian. According to the 1851 census she was born in Dailly Ayrshire. According to her death certificate in 1865 (she died in Renfrew) her parents were Daniel McKay and Ann McGregor and she was born around 1805. >From the IGI (and I know it is not complete) the closest I can find is 1803 to Donald McKay and Ann Frazer. Is anyone researching MCKAY from Dailly Ayrshire?? I would love some help! I have a lot on the AITKEN family. Thank you Regards, Pat Wade (Nee King) Melb, Vic
