I am looking for any information / census / or other lists for the following: James Hinds married Jean Anderson 1811, Penninghame, Scotland but think they moved to Ayrshire. I believe they had 5 or 6 children. I found their married details on the IGI but can't find anyhting more. Would welcome any suggestions on how to find there children and parents. Hi Chris, There are 7 children born to them in Penninghame. On the 1841 Census Jane is listed as a widow, still living in Penninghame along with her children. 1851 not available as of yet for Penninghame and I can't see them in Ayrshire as of census taking 1851.
