I was a boarder there bewteen September 1950 and july 1953. Starting in Nelson dormitory (next to Selby Lennie's flat) and progressing to the senior one Vanguard. As far as I remember, there were only two editions of the magazie produced - one in 1952 and 1953; however, my apolgies if i am wrong. I would love to see a copy of the school prospectus. When my mother died alll these thing were thrown out unfortunatley. Is there any possibilty of you photocopying or scanning the prospectus and emailing it to me. In return I would be very happy to scan the two copies of the magazine in my possession Ian Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. It looks like Robert Nimmo, and Elizabeth Gordon's, last child Elizabeth Nimmo, was born 31/July/1863. Calton, Glasgow. Calton, and Springburn, are very close to each other so it may be worth your while looking at the above death. Regards, Jonn. Andrew, Here is your Thomas in the 1841 census with a son John still at home. This census info is from http://www.freecen.org.uk/cgi/search.pl To find siblings, you would need to check the death registers for RONIE/RONNEY/ROMNY/ROWNEY/ROANEY etc who were born in Ireland.
