I'm looking for any info on Constant AVERY b. abt 1761 maybe in CT d. February 07, 1844 maybe in Madison County, NY. He moved to Eaton, Madison County, NY in 1797. Veteran of Revolution. Served in CT line. Pensioned in 1840. Buried in Pratts Hollow. He had a son, Charles b. 1800. Found a Widow's Application number with marriage info on a Constant Avery married to Zipporah Chapman, April 3, 1796 in Groton, New London County, CT by Amos J.P. Constant served in CT and resided in NY at time pension was applied for. Could this Constant be the same as the Constant above? Thanks. Traci
