My name is Kimberly McCauley and I live in Raleigh, North Carolina. First of all, I realize you don't have that "crystal ball," so you may not want to or be able to help me. I know that my husband and I both are descendants of Cornelius Autry. I discovered this once I read the book written by V. Mayo Bundy and Robert Autry Brooks. Most of my Autry relatives (maternal great-grandmother and her parents, etc.) are from Autryville, N.C. and are buried in the Clement Cemetary. Anyway...I've received e-mails from a couple of Autry descendants who are in the mid-western U.S., but I was wondering if you knew of anyone closer to me, geographically and/or genealogically. I am a descendant of Drury Autry and my husband is a descendant of William Autry. If you can help me, that's great---if not, maybe you can tell me who can.
