    3. John, It will never be a problem for me to make corrections to the book. These will be done as (parentheses) beside the original text. The original text will be left up so that people can see where mistakes have come from in the past. One of the reasons I'm putting this online instead of in book form is so that corrections like these can be easily made. If anyone else needs to send me corrections, please do so. I'll be putting the book up in its original form first, then going back through and polishing it by adding corrections. -----Original Message----- From: JOHN D. (Autry book) Andrea, I know how busy, busy you must be but I do have a favor to ask of you. Sometime ago I sent in a correction to be made to my great great grandfathers marriages. I don't know who submitted the information but they were not very observant in their information. The page is 44 , my gggrandfather was George Autrey's son William, in the book it says that he was married three times, first to Francis Heflin, then to Ogretta Hutash, then to a Francis...... Here is the scoop, William was married only once to Francis Ann Heflin. Ogretta Hutash is the person in Cherokee County, Texas who is in charge of the marriage records there. How her name got mixed into this information I don't know. As far as I know she is still alive and putting marriage records on the internet. I know that this is an inconvenience to you to have to go back and correct something like that but it would certainly help future researchers. I can't tell you how much we appreciate the work you have done. Leona Adams PS Ogretta is the one my gggrandfather married I want to know her secret of longevity. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Andrea Autrey Marshall" <autrey@serv.net> To: <AUTRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, December 16, 2002 9:58 AM Subject: [AUTRY] oops!
