In order for our John C. Autry to have married Louisa Wagner in Jasper Co. Missouri in 1843, John C. Autry's 1st wife would have to have died previously. Perhaps Louisa was the mother of Eveline [Evelyn] born 1843. Eveline must have died before 1850 as not listed on the 1850 Crawford Co. Arkansas census. John C. Autry married Margaret Ann Mattix Hinds in Greenwood, Van Buren Co., Arkansas on 19 Aug 1846. So either Louisa died or John C. divorced her before 1846. Looks like I have a lot of probablys or maybes in there. So, to answer the question " did John C Autry, son of William A Autry & Mary Campbell marry Louisa Wagner", I would have to answer that at this point, there are a lot of missing information.
