Hi: Okay, this narrow his whereabouts down to the St. Genevieve District when he signed this petition to Congress in 1806. It is a long list so I am pasting only the As. Does anyone on the list know the boundaries of the St. Genevieve District in 1806? Was it in northeast AR?
