Hi I am wondering if anyone has any information on Harpie Autry born 1816 in NC ( I think Sampson Co NC) ? I have done all of the census work and it seems to me that Sampson Autry was her father. Does anyone have a line on this family? I tried to follow all of the Aurtys that could be her father and I thing that I have eliminated all but 4 possibilities Sampson Autry Newsome Autry Robert Autry -least likely James Autry In the 1850 census Sampson who was in his 70's-80's & was Living next door to Harpie (in her 40's)who was married to Malcolm Darroch.
