jdbgmgr.exe is NOT a virus. Do NOT remove it. Messages like this are worse than a virus because it can convince you to remove required system files from your machine, thereby substituting a person's gullibility for a virus. They get you to destroy your own system all by yourself. The jdbgmgr.exe file is a Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java, a programming language. There are a variety of websites which list the current hoaxes. If you would like some links, please contact me off list.
