It is very possible that she was from GA, possibly near Atlanta. Her first child was Matthew David Shorb b. July 1895 in GA per his death cert. The family moved to Fannin or Grayson Co. TN (they border each other) where her last child, William Dewey Shorb was born in 1899. She had a daughter, Noley, but I do not know her birth date. She is said to have left Texas with the daughter and moved to Kansas sometime prior to 1902. Any information would be appreciated. She was my great grandmother.
I don't know if this will be of help to you, but Fannin and Grayson Co. TX are near each other andthere are a lot of Autry families in that area of TX thar moved from TN.
