Jannine, I have been following the flury to info on these Aurtry's with interes. My Elizabeth Autrey married John Hopkins. He died in war of 1812.She moved with her family to Marengo Co. Al. by 1818 when Nancy Hopkins married John Fisher. Do you have anything on this family? How do you access the 1850 census. I need to locate some relatives on Al. census.
