PLEASE, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD THE BOOK. Because it is an evolving work, I prefer that you either buy the book from Higginson so that you have the original, or that you print off just the pages you need. The point of putting it online was so that it could be updated as needed. Once you download it or print it off, it can't be updated anymore. If you want a physical copy, you should purchase it. If we end up with multiple copies, it would quickly become impossible to get the inaccuracies corrected. I'm not affiliated with Higginson, so I don't get money out of saying that you should just buy the hard copy. It would cost you less to buy it than it would for paper and ink to print it.
