William W. Weldon may be correct. Richard has done a lot of good work in this line. The obituary of Mrs. C. A. Autry (Cynthia Ann Weldon Autry) in the Greenwood (Ark) Democrat in March 1907 was reprinted from the Wynnewood (OK) Era said that she "was born in Henry County, Tenn. April 13, 1833. She was the daughter of William Weldon and wife." So I don't know where the "B" in my info came from. The obituary also says "She removed from Tenn. to Texas in 1852, and in 1861 was married to Dr. J.C. Autry". This obituary is a copy that I got from an aunt in Little Rock, Ark, some 40 years ago and is not an actual copy. So mistakes may have occurred! Robert Autry Brooks
