I just had the same experience. That is, I uploaded a GEDCOM for one of my cousins, for the first time, and the upload went fine. The one I can't upload is the one where I had previously had separate Y-DNA and mtDNA GEDCOMs, and I deleted them, before trying to upload a combined GEDCOM. It simply won't run to completion kicks me back to the Home Page when I click my name as the test subject.
