I, too, agree with Diana. NEVER import someone's GEDCOM into your own file. Import it into a separate file, check it, check the sources, verify it, and then and only then if you agree with everything in the file, should you import it into your file. 99% of the time you will want to just copy a few people for the file, or lop off a branch from that file to merge into your own file. You can have as many files as you want on your own computer.
