Thank you for sharing your photographs with us Ken.. I can imagine as to how you felt being there... A few years ago, I attended an Anzac Day service at Brockenhurst. Hampshire, laid a wreath there for the New Zealand soldiers who died at the Hospital and are buried there. Thought it was the least I could do, being on holiday in my homeland, and knowing of the burials there. Currently researching the WW1 headstones at Featherston. Wairarapa, sadly 150 soldiers died of influenza in 1918, some served at Gallipoli, some wounded, and returned to NZ to Featherston Camp, and died of Influenza, one soldier, died, his wife and his brother who were caring for him, sadly all died with days of each other and are buried at the Cemetery there. There are over 180 soldiers buried at Featherston. some came from Australia to fight with New Zealanders, some from Scotland. London...etc.. Adele Clareville.NZ
