Sydney The President of the Sydney Chamber of Commerce (Mr H.C.FRASER) recently said: "Capital has been frightened by the action of Unions, and thousands of pounds are lying idle simply because their owners will not start industries mainly depending on labor, I, for one, believe that unionism up to a certain point was a blessing, not only to the men, but to the masters; but in its later developments it has become a curse to both."
