Hi Sandra, We have gotten the divorce papers on Christopher Bailey and Harriette Bailey. Interesting reading and that is where we found there were two children left with Christopher Bailey when Harriette took the youngest to Sydney. My neighbour only knew of her uncle Bert and no others from the Bailey marriage until we got a copy of the divorce papers. The divorce papers say he was a dairyman and I think at Mt Eden but don't know if he left there but we did find a Christoper Bailey in the 1881 electorl roll as dairyman in Mt Eden and a Christopher and Charlott Baily in the 1893 electrol roll in the district of Franklin in Papatoitoi. I can't remember the second son's name and my neighbour is away this week but I do know that John P would have been born in Ireland between 1861 and 1863 as from the divorce papers we found the marriage date of 1861 in Dublin.
