I am looking for a Janet, b. 15 Jun 1820, in Dumfries, Dumfrieshire, Scotland Her parents were Robert Welsh and Margaret McKNIGHT/McNEIGHT. Our family history says that one of the Welsh girls went to Australia. She may have been in the company of her aunt Jessie (McKnight). Aunt Jessie was married and had a family but I do not know who she married. They would probable have been in the area of Carlisle, Cumberland, ENG at the time of their migration.
