Hi It is 5 days since a joined this list & posted my research interests & I have received no mail at all. I am new to this & a friend suggested I should post my interests on a mail list & showed me this address which had been sent to her. Should I have been receiving mail? I have received the letter saying I letter re subscribing was received but no others. Should I have received a copy of my own? Am I doing something wrong? I've just received a digest with the same subject line for all 25 mesages. [see above] I haven't gone through the bother of having them all checked by my AV In fact, I've only done it with this first message. Is this list set up only for people who subscribe in list mode? if so, I wish that there was a warning in the introductory message. If all future digest are the same as this and give NO indication of the subject matter, I do not wish to participate. I subscribed several days ago but, like Mary, I have received nothing till a few minutes ago. It would seem that some earlier messages have vanished in the ether!
