Listers, We have had a request, response or compliant ( which ever you wish to apply ) from our digest users, In to the frequency that people are using the reply to button to respond to email. I am just as guilty as any, in to the over use of this function. Each time we click reply the email gets longer and longer and longer. And of our 360 odd members over a third are on Digest mode and they have the unenviable task of picking through all the layer upon layer upon layer of text looking for the latest updated text. So if possible, before you click that button think of our friends on Digest and start a fresh email. Perhaps to assist you in you reply you could add AUSTRALIA-CEMETERIES-L@rootsweb.com to your Address book. Paste and copy the section of text you wish to relate to in your reply. I use Eudora for my email software, all I have to do is hi light the section of text I wish to relate to and click reply and it will drag the hi lighted on to my reply. I am not sure, if Outlook has this function, perhaps some can help us here.
