Hi Ray, I totally agree with your reply re. local family history centres. I certainly have found that to be so! Early on in my research, I asked for information. Before I knew it - they had called someone from the local family history centre and I was promptly charged for the information - which turn out to be wrong!! They told me there was no headstone - and of course, on finding the grave; there was a headstone!! The database is a good idea - I for one, do not mind assisting other researchers who don't live locally.
