    3. I have just discovered via the Family History S.A. site that there is/are members of the Stutely (Stutley/Stuteley) family buried in the following Church Cemeteries. l. Lower Wakefield St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery 2. Point Sturt Church of Christ Cemetery 3. Salisbury St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery A big ask as I have no other information, apart from my interest in the Stutely family, but if anybody can help identify who might be buried at the cemeteries from this family, and if any inscription is on the graves I would be very grateful. (A digital photo - I would jump for joy!) Thank you, Judy jude@bigpond.net.au

    3. G'day Judy, I can't help with the graves at the moment although I could look into Salisbury in about 10 days. I'm not sure where you are but Salisbury is an outer northern suburb of Adelaide,Point Sturt is on the shores of Lake Alexandrina south of Milang and Lower Wakefield is sort of in the mid north of the state (around Balaklava I think). I am informed both Point Surt & Salisbury have had the burial register and headstones transcribed but where the transcritions are, I know not! Could be worth a try with SA Genealogy & Heraldry Society. I have found 28 death records from 1842 to 1915 of Stuteley/Stutley/Stuttly/Stutely mainly around Booleroo Centre/Melrose area. 15 of these people were adults. Let's know if any of this is any good to you Chris -----Original Message----- From: Judy Stephenson [mailto:jude@bigpond.net.au] Sent: Saturday, 4 October 2003 2:00 PM To: AUSTRALIA-CEMETERIES-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [[AUS-CEM]] LOOKUPS IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA - CHURCH CEMETERIES I have just discovered via the Family History S.A. site that there is/are members of the Stutely (Stutley/Stuteley) family buried in the following Church Cemeteries. l. 3. Hello Judy, I have done a look up for any Stutleys buried at the Point Sturt Church of Christ. Sorry to say that there are none although there are seven "Unknown Graves" which date back over 100 years. The main family names include: - Yelland, Mann and Pearce. Perhaps Stutley is the maiden name for whoever you are seeking?
