Hello to the List, Can anyone tell me if Heidelberg Cemetery is still in existance? My Uncle was buried there in November 1990, in his wife's grave, she had passed away in January 1976. I am seeking the where abouts of the Grave. There is a headstone I think, however, my Uncle's name doesn't appear on it. Can anyone help, please? Leona in Toowoomba

Hi Leona The cemetery you refer to could be the Warringal Cemetery at Upper Heidelberg Rd Heidelberg. The Banyule Council has the records for this cemetery and have been very nice when I have requested info from them.
