Hi Listers, I am looking for Information on above Cemetery, near Geelong, for our Endangered Graves page. "Two acres of Crown Portion 38, County of Grant, Parish of Yowang was reserved in 1862. A further 2 acres was reserved in 1863 in lieu of the 1862 site and burials took place until about 1895. Eighteen burials are reported to have taken place although no details are available." The cemetery was opposite the Sutherlands Creek Presbyterian Church (as it was then). As of 1983 the site was still reserved under the Control of the Corio Shire. Need volunteer close to this location, with a digital camera. We have map of location for Cemetery.
