Dear All I really feel inclined to add my own story in here. I started photographing cemeteries about 12 months ago, and for two reasons. Firstly - to preserve our history. Secondly, to share that information - FREELY - with others. I have this belief that we should all have free access to our own history. When I first contacted Pete and Raymond, I was posting my photographs on another server. There was no pressure whatsoever from Ozgenonline - they merely made me aware of what was available if I wanted to make use of it. So I did, and I am so pleased that I did. I am now part of a marvellous team who, like me, believe in the free access of ancestral information. My information is safe, and it will never be converted into a "pay as you go" system. I have like-minded people I can turn to for advice (e.g., Raymond! Cheers, Ray!), not to mention a magnificent web-master (Pete! thanks!!!) and all of the other terrific people who are part of this great service. We all work hard, and sometimes we may not read everything "perfectly", but what we do is for all of you and anyone else who is interested. It's not for money or accolades; goodness, it probably works in the reverse! It is most definitely an "act of love" on all of our behalves, but we do love it, and I feel that I probably speak for the whole team when I say that we will continue to do what we do for what we believe are all the right reasons.
