Hi again, Benadette kindly tells us John McLaughlin is buried at St. Helena so I looked up the records and there is a memorial there for John C. McLaughin, died 19 Aug 1927, aged 89 yrs, our father, and on the same memorial, Caroline E., died 25 Nov 1916, aged 70yrs, our mother. Other McLaughlans listed are :- Dorris, 26 May 1899 - 1 Apr 1994, sister of Myrtle May Frederick, 30 Jun 1957, aged 78yrs. Myrtle May, 1902 - 1974, on memorial with Dorris John, d. 5 Oct 1933, aged 64yrs, our father, on memorial with Rosalie Ellen. Rosalie Ellen, d. 30 Sep 1953, aged 77yrs, our mother. The graves are all together so they are probably all related. The grave inscriptions on the website is only a partial record mainly covering the Beale family. It's never a good idea to publish partial records as it leads people to believe that there are no other memorials existing. Yours, Garry. ----- Original Message ----- From: "bsalter1" <bsalter1@optusnet.com.au> To: <australia-cemeteries@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, December 19, 2010 11:22 AM Subject: Re: [AUSTRALIA-CEMETERIES] BURIAL GROUNDS - Victoria > John Culley McLaughlin married Harriet Coote Johnston 17th October 1861, > at > St John's Heidelberg.
