    3. Hi Kym, It is surprisingly hard to read something all in capitals, it would actually be easier to read if you didn't bother with the first capital letter if that suits your typing better and just write the lot in lower case. FIRSTLY, I SHOULD POINT OUT THAT MY ORIGINAL EMAIL WAS MEANT ONLY FOR RAYMOND HENDERSON. IT WAS AN ERROR ON MY PART THAT IT WAS SENT TO THE LIST INSTEAD OF HIS PERSONAL EMAIL. I APOLOGISE FOR THIS. AS MENTIONED THE ONLY PHOTOS FROM MY OWN SITE THAT WERE USED, WERE DONATED PHOTOS AND ONLY A COUPLE. NONE OF MY PERSONAL PHOTOS WERE COPIED AND CLAIMED AS HIS. THE ISSUE HERE AND THE REASON FOR MY EMAIL TO RAYMOND WAS TO LET HIM KNOW THAT THIS MAN HAS COPIED QUITE A NUMBER OF PHOTOS FROM RAYMONDS OWN WEB SITE. FULL CEMETERIES IN FACT AND PHOTOS THAT WERE DONATED TO RAYMOND FROM HIS CONTACTS. NOW, IF HE DOES NOT WISH TO PURSUE THIS ISSUE THEN THAT IS HIS CHOICE. I CHOSE NOT TO CONTACT THIS INDIVIDUAL MYSELF BECAUSE I DID NOT THINK THAT IT WOULD MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE TO HIM, IN LIGHT OF HIS EMAIL TO MY FRIEND. HAD HE REQUESTED TO USE THE COUPLE OF CHURCH PHOTOS FROM MY SITE FOR THIS OTHER WEBSITE, I WOULD HAVE SAID YES AS LONG AS THE RIGHT PERSON GOT CREDIT FOR TAKING THEM AND I WOULD HAVE CONTACTED MY FRIENDS TO LET THEM KNOW I HAD DONE THAT SO THERE WOULD BE NO MISUNDERSTANDING. ANYONE REQUESTING ANY PHOTOS FROM MY FILES CAN USE THE PHOTOS AS THEY LIKE FOR THEIR FAMILY TREES ETC. I DO NOT ASK THAT I AM ACCREDITED FOR TAKING THE PHOTOS WHEN I SUPPLY REQUESTED HEADSTONES OR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS DONATED PHOTOS TO MY SITE BECAUSE THEIR NAME IS LISTED ALREADY ON THE WEB PAGE FOR HAVING DONATED THEM.
