Good Afternoon All, I am wondering if anyone has access to burial records for in and around Newcastle. I did try the ozgen online web site but for some reason it was taking forever to load so I gave up. I am looking for the death of a Stanley Samuel BOYD who lived in the Newcastle area in 1932. Stanley was born in 1885 in Geelong - Fa: David Mo: Emily WOODS I have tried NSW online bdms and the Ryerson Index but no luck. Cheers Anne

The hindmarsh cemetery was still active in 1934, most of the thebarton residents now reside there, there is a web site which has all the graves on it or ring the Woodville council. Amanda I just had a look at the cemetery records and it seems she is not actually buried there but has purchased that lot. She is not mentioned in the burial list. There are a Robert, Jane, William John, and Jane buried in that Grave but no blanche, The first burial was William John in 1862, it seems blanche then purchased the lot in 1912 then robert was buried in 1915, Jane in 1918 and the other Jane 1929. There is no headstone. Carmel -
Probably means compartment.
