    3. Hi Anne, Mine ancestors who died at Waterloo (Sydney suburb) are both buried at Rookwood Cemetery ... one in the Catholic section and the other in the Anglican & General Section. (For Catholic burials google Catholic Cemeteries Board). 3. Anne, for Waterloo NSW, an inner Sydney suburb, my thoughts would be firstly the old Sandhills Cemetery (Devonshire Street) or perhaps Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park at Matraville (which includes Botany Cemetery) www.esmp.net.au/ has searchable index Possibly Waverley Cemetery or South Head Cemetery, although of course could be anywhere. Waverley Council would have the full burial register for these cemeteries (I think they charge for look-ups) but SAG has compiled a CD of MIs for these cemeteries - I had a look on the CD there is no SUTCH listed but this only means that if he is buried there he has no headstone. Was there no funeral notice in the paper which might give a clue? 3. Thanks to all who helped. Looked at the Shep site, and no listing under either Paraskevas or Parris. Looked under NAA and no luck either for my lot Looked under Herald Sun Tributes (for all time) and got a death notice for Maria Parris (nee Cotsos). So that's something. Thanks again for all the leads. Kind Regards, Jo.

    3. Jo If you contact the Cemetery Trust at Shepparton (the details are on the Cemeteries page) at: http://www.australiancemeteries.com/vic/gtr_shepparton/sheppartongen.htm They should be able to help. It appears that there is 2 Cemeteries in Shepparton. 1 is in Rudd Road Shepparton and the other is on the Midland Highway. If you let us know the names, we may be able to help. My first thought would be the National Archives of Australia, Record Search at: http://naa12.naa.gov.au/SearchNRetrieve/ If they were naturalised, then a lot of information would be on their naturalisation papers.
